I have developed novel methods to assess the topology and geometry of DNA at the level of the constituent atoms. These methods make it possible to characterize DNA at various level (backbone, bases, base pairs). I am currently working on the application of these methods to melted DNA structures containing bubbles and/or junctions. In addition, I am also focusing on the characterization of the topology of opened DNA structures.
